Editorial Process Workflow

1

Work Submission

5 min

The author submits their chapter through our intuitive platform. Must include title, abstract, keywords and the manuscript in PDF or DOCX format.

  • Free registration on the platform
  • Selection of open call
  • Upload of metadata and manuscript file
  • Declaration of originality and authorship
2

Initial Verification

3-5 days

The editorial committee verifies that the manuscript meets the format, length and thematic requirements of the call.

  • Review of manuscript format and structure
  • Verification of editorial standards compliance
  • Thematic relevance analysis
  • Preliminary textual similarity detection
3

AI Analysis

Automatic

Our artificial intelligence system performs a preliminary analysis of abstract quality, methodological coherence and keyword relevance.

  • Abstract quality evaluation (IMRaD structure)
  • Similarity detection with academic corpus
  • Keyword relevance analysis
  • Generation of automated recommendations
4

Peer Review

10-15 days

Expert reviewers in the field evaluate the manuscript under double-blind mode. Each work is evaluated by at least one specialized reviewer.

  • Assignment of reviewer(s) with expertise in the area
  • Originality evaluation (0-100)
  • Methodology evaluation (0-100)
  • Scientific relevance evaluation (0-100)
  • Writing and style evaluation (0-100)
  • Recommendation: accept, minor/major revision or reject
5

Editorial Decision

2-3 days

The responsible editor makes the final decision considering reviewer evaluations and AI analysis.

  • Accepted without changes - proceeds directly to publication
  • Accepted with minor revision - minor corrections required
  • Major revision - substantial rewriting necessary
  • Rejected - does not meet quality criteria
6

Publication

5-10 days

The accepted chapter is compiled into the e-book, an individual DOI is assigned and the publication certificate is generated for each author.

  • Professional layout and typesetting
  • DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment
  • Publication certificate generation
  • Indexing in academic portals
  • E-book publication with ISBN
